What Colleagues Say About Kendyl Terry

“Kendyl Terry and I have served together in church leadership for 9 years.  Kendyl possesses many notable characteristics when leading worship:  First and foremost, his love for God and people is unmistakable.  He demonstrates a warm and engaging style of leadership.  His heart and his passion is to worship and lead others in doing so. He is a natural teacher who enables others to not only enter the joy of worship but seeks to increase their musical knowledge at the same time.  Kendyl is a humble leader who evidences a servant’s attitude.  He is a gifted worship leader who enjoys the Lord’s anointing for leading and ministry.    It is my joy and privilege to wholeheartedly recommend him to you without reservation.”

—Rev. John L. Spear

It is with high regard that I share this recommendation of Pastor Kendyl Terry to you.  Let me speak to three qualities that strike me about my friend and co-worker, Kendyl.  They are character, competence and compatibility.  Working on staff together for six years at Highland Park Community Church in Casper, Wyoming has given me numerous occasions to observe and experience Kendyl in the workplace, in worship and as a friend.

—Milo Miller

I have had the privilege if knowing Kendyl Terry for many years.  Kendyl walks everyday with humility and grace. I say that because a man of Kendyl’s extreme gifts and talents  often walk in pride.  When he stands in front of Gods people to lead them in worship his gentle love for Jesus and for His church is obvious. When I think about Kendyl the phrase that comes to me is the same phrase the psalmist David is described “A man after Gods own heart.”

Loving God
